The fourth most visited museum outside Île-de-France, the Cité du Vin is now one of the major sites in Bordeaux, essential for discovering wine in its cultural, civilizational, heritage and universal dimensions.
This year, the Cité du Vin is renewing itself with a new permanent exhibition, completely redesigned, open since February 4: changes in content, equipment and scenography, in particular for wines from around the world, know-how, the history of wine and the art of living which address new themes. The permanent exhibition brings to life, through digital and interactive technologies, the great adventure of wine across eras and continents. In all, 18 different thematic spaces allow you to explore and better understand the whole world of wine. All the new products can be consulted on the City of Wine website.
From April, a new sensory journey called Via Sensoria will see the light of day, centered on tasting through four immersive and dreamlike spaces, mixing visual, sound and poetic creations representing the four seasons.
