In partnership with PortAventura World
New shows, new attractions, committed projects… PortAventura World has been able to renew itself to offer, in 2023, an even more attractive experience.
A destination in its own right, PortAventura World is ideally located 1 hour south of Barcelona, on the Costa Daurada (“Golden Coast” in French, nicknamed for its 80km of golden sand beaches). Here, the climate is mild all year round: take the opportunity to discover the region, Tarragona, Barcelona and the magnificent beaches of the coast.
Uncharted, the new attraction at PortAventura World
This summer, PortAventura World will inaugurate its brand new attraction in the “Far West” area, inspired by the hit film “Uncharted”, starring Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg. The concept ? Put yourself in the shoes of Nathan and Sully to go in search of treasures… The most daring visitors will then set off on the first “dark ride” roller coaster in the world (indoors, in the dark) over 12 meters height. Designed with Sony Pictures Entertainment, this new state-of-the-art attraction will provide a fully immersive experience for visitors. To register and discover all the surprises of this new attraction, it’s here !

These roller coasters join the more than 40 attractions that already make up PortAventura World! Because PortAventura World is also 3 parks (PortAventura Park, Ferrari Land, Caribe Aquatic Park), for all ages and all tastes. Thrill seekers will venture into the Shambhala, the highest roller coaster in Europe or even the Red Force, a vertical accelerator that propels you to 180 km/h in just 5 seconds. The youngest will find their share of adventure with Tomahawk or the Street Mission, in Sesamo Aventura, and everyone will have their dose of adrenaline in the Grand Canyon Rapids, the Tutuki Splash, El secreto de los Mayas and El diablo Tren de la mina.

Themed hotels for your stay in PortAventura
In addition to the unique sensations provided by these attractions, they transport us to the four corners of the world. PortAventura is divided into six fantastic worlds: Polynesia, China, Far West, Mediterranean, Mexico and SésamoAventura.
The 4 and 5 star themed hotels also make it possible to extend the immersive experience outside the park. Travel back 200 years and dive into the Victorian era at Lucy’s Mansion Hotel or transport yourself to the heart of the Caribbean or exotic Mexico. At the Hotel Colorado Creek, you can relive the gold rush in decors designed on the theme of the Wild West.

PortAventura’s commitments: a greener park
In an effort to reduce its environmental impact, PortAventura World has become the first carbon-neutral resort in Europe. In 2020, the center also obtained the ANOR zero waste certificate.
This year will also mark the completion of the construction of the PortAventura Solar project, one of the largest solar installations in a European holiday resort. Covering an area equivalent to 9 football pitches, this photovoltaic power plant will provide almost a third of the site’s energy needs!

What is the ticket price for PortAventura?
It is necessary to count at least 56 euros per adult and 49 euros per child for the day ticket giving access to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land. The price drops to 48 euros/adult and 42 euros/child for access to PortAventura Park only.
New in 2023: fixed-date ticket sales. Visitors will also still be able to choose the option without a fixed date, with the possibility of coming whenever they want. You can also buy “multiday” tickets, which give access to the park for 2 or 3 consecutive days. Take a look at the site: it offers permanent offers for an entry + hotel pack.
When to go to PortAventura?
Almost all year round! PortAventura World adapts its shows and scenery to each season. PortAventura Park is thus transformed during Carnival, Easter, Halloween and Christmas. This year, the site opens for 276 days, making 2023 the center’s longest season since its inception.
